Background: Ondansetron and hypothermia are both known to induce bradycardia or QT interval prolongation, thus placing affected patients at risk of cardiac arrest. Case Report: Herein, we report the case a 97-year-old woman who initially presented with confusion hypothermia, experienced severe asystolic arrest after 4 mg intravenous ondansetron bolus injection.
